Mechanical processing

With the help of modern CAD/CAM systems, we create project-specific CNC programmes for high-precision workflows. Our mechanical processing division offers to saw as well as turn, milling and drilling. The high level of expertise and extensive experience of our long-serving employees, coupled with our versatile and modern machinery, enables us to economically manufacture sophisticated components of high precision.

For metal-cutting production, we have numerous high-precision CNC-controlled 5-axis machining centres with working ranges from 600 x 500 x 500 mm to 3,600 x 1,100 x 900 mm and component weights of up to 1,500 kg. With our CNC-controlled lathes, we manufacture diameters of up to 410 mm with individual part loading and diameters of up to 25 mm with bar loaders.

Short distances at the company headquarters and the possibility of constant dialogue between designer and machinist simplify processes and reduce time and costs. This enables us to develop and implement new solutions for our customers' tasks. At the same time, intensive coordination benefits the quality of the product and process.

Our wide range of machinery is used for in-house toolmaking as well as for the production of special solutions, one-offs in the smallest batch sizes and the manufacture of components for the series production of our customers' assemblies.
