Powder coating

Powder coatings protect against environmental influences and at the same time serve to protect the environment. They ensure maximum corrosion protection and are significantly more environmentally friendly than conventional painting and coating processes.

In our generously dimensioned plant, components and assemblies with a size of up to 3,100 x 1,500 x 1,200 mm and a weight of up to 150 kg can be coated in over 200 colour variants without any problems. In addition to its visual appeal, a high-quality powder coating protects metallic surfaces from damage caused by impacts, scratches, rust and chemicals.

The 4-zone multi-metal passivation for optimal preparation of the workpiece provides the basis for a long-lasting and safe powder coating and completes the surface coating process.

Our powder coating plant, combined with our modern fleet of vehicles, offers all services from a single source according to the principle of "short ways". In combination with our in-house service department, we can react quickly and flexibly to customer requirements.
