Welding

Our welding team consists of highly qualified, experienced and certified welders who produce high-quality welded joints on workpieces made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium using MIG, MAG, TIG, spot, orbital and stud welding with a coordinate table.

The welders are instructed and supervised by our welding engineers in our welding shop, which is certified following DIN EN ISO 3834. As a manufacturer of welded components and welded constructions, we underline our worldwide competitiveness with the certification according to the internationally recognised standard.

To realise the advantages of welding for our customers, such as high force transmission with low seam thicknesses, weight savings and favourable force progression in assemblies, we use the manufacturing processes of manual and robot welding with shuttle tables up to a working area of 1,200 x 1,000 mm and a component weight of maximum 500 kg.

JUD produces with a linear welding robot with a double table and a working area of 3,000 x 2,000 mm, as well as component weights of a maximum of 750 kg. We manufacture our welding fixtures in our in-house tool and jig shop, or we work on modular welding tables for fast and safe fixing of the components to be welded.

The outstanding combination of computer-controlled precision and expert experience at JUD ensures the highest welding results.
